- Elevate the platform experience and define the product direction for developers and business users
- Recruit, develop, and lead a high-impact product team
- Collaborate with engineering, sales, and marketing to shape GTM, pricing, and packaging
- Monitor the competitive landscape to inform comprehensive product strategy
- Translate cross-functional requirements into clear product/ platform solutions
- Own roadmaps and contribute to broader product strategy via research and customer feedback
- Iterate quickly on early prototypes and foster a healthy ecosystem around products

- 8+ years of product management experience
- 2+ years leading or mentoring others
- Strong background in B2B, developer tools, or technical products
- Ability to align product decisions with business strategy and rally cross-functional partners
- Hands-on track record across full product lifecycle
- Experience in enterprise environments (licenses, on-prem, or private cloud)
- Experience with cloud services, infrastructure/open-source products with ML at core
- Experience engaging large developer communities
- Comfort in a fast-growth startup with limited resources and evolving markets
