Here’s What You’ll Be Doing
Ratepay is a dynamic and innovative fintech company dedicated to revolutionizing payment solutions in the online retail sector. We empower e-commerce businesses with flexible and secure payment options, allowing them to optimize their revenue streams. As a part time HR Controller (m/f/d), you’ll be a key player in our Finance team, taking ownership of payroll forecasting, headcount analysis, and benefits cost tracking. You’ll also be the go-to expert for data-driven HR insights and financial reporting, helping us ensure precision in workforce planning and support strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee HR controlling, including payroll forecasting, headcount analysis, and benefits cost tracking.
- Collect and organize HR data to support ad-hoc analysis for financial and operational insights.
- Prepare and present periodic reports on key financial metrics for stakeholders with a core focus on HR domain.
Your Profile :
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Proficiency in Excel and experience with KPI dashboards or reporting tools.
- Attention to detail, ensuring high accuracy in data handling and reporting.
- Familiarity with ERP or financial reporting systems is preferred.
- First touchpoints within the HR domain including understanding of key metrics.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication skills in English. German is a plus.
