Here\’s What You\’ll Be Doing
Ratepay is a dynamic and innovative FinTech company dedicated to revolutionizing payment solutions in the online retail sector. We empower e-commerce businesses with flexible and secure payment options, allowing them to optimize their revenue streams. As Strategy & Leadership Manager, you will serve as a strategic partner to the Head of Strategy & Transformation, CEO, and senior leadership team, driving organizational effectiveness and ensuring the successful execution of key initiatives. This role requires a highly organized, proactive, and adaptable approach with a strong background in strategy, operations, and leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the Head of Strategy & Transformation, CEO, and leadership team to develop and implement the company\’s strategic goals and initiatives.
- Operational Efficiency: Streamline operations and processes to enhance productivity and efficiency across the organization.
- Project Management: Oversee and manage high-priority projects, ensuring timely and successful completion.
- Communication: Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between departments and stakeholders to ensure that employees understand the strategic approach.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and report on key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Leadership Support: Assist the senior leadership in decision-making, prioritization, and execution.
Your Profile:
- Bachelor\’s degree in business administration, finance, or a related field.
- Several years of experience in strategy, operations, or a similar role; prior experience in a FinTech, finance, or SaaS company is a plus.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities and stakeholder management.
- Proven track record of managing complex projects and driving organizational change with tangible results.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Excellent English skills; German is a plus.
