Ratepay is a dynamic and innovative FinTech company dedicated to revolutionizing payment solutions in the online retail sector. We empower e-commerce businesses with flexible and secure payment options, allowing them to optimize their revenue streams. As Strategy & Leadership Manager, you will serve as a strategic partner to the Head of Strategy & Transformation, CEO, and senior leadership team, driving organizational effectiveness and ensuring the successful execution of key initiatives. This role requires a highly organized, proactive, and adaptable approach with a strong background in strategy, operations, and leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the Head of Strategy & Transformation, CEO, and leadership team to develop and implement the company\’s strategic goals and initiatives.
2. Operational Efficiency: Streamline operations and processes to enhance productivity and efficiency across the organization.
3. Project Management: Oversee and manage high-priority projects, ensuring timely and successful completion.
4. Communication: Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between departments and stakeholders to ensure that employees understand the strategic approach.
5. Performance Monitoring: Track and report on key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
6. Leadership Support: Assist the senior leadership in decision-making, prioritization, and execution.

Your Profile:

1. Bachelor\’s degree in business administration, finance, or a related field.
2. Several years of experience in strategy, operations, or a similar role; prior experience in a FinTech, finance, or SaaS company is a plus.
3. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities and stakeholder management.
5. Proven track record of managing complex projects and driving organizational change with tangible results.
6. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
7. Excellent English skills; German is a plus.
