To strengthen our international team, we are looking for a Team Lead Marketing (m/f/d) to join us full-time at the earliest possible date.
Your Day-to-Day at RAYMON:
- Team Leadership: You take operational responsibility for leading and coordinating our Marketing & Events team. You support your team's development, establish clear priorities, ensure efficient workflows and foster successful collaboration.
- 360° Marketing: You oversee all marketing activities – from our website and B2B shop to social media, newsletters, retail marketing, PR, events and the management of our athletes and teams.
- Marketing Planning & Execution: Working closely with the Head of Marketing, you further develop our marketing plan, coordinate activities and ensure consistent, on-time execution.
- Campaigns & Communication: Together with your team and the Head of Marketing, you develop creative, targeted campaigns and manage them from the initial idea through to execution across multiple channels.
- Partners & Key Accounts: You serve as the primary point of contact for our PR agency and coordinate marketing activities with retail partners and key accounts, both nationally and internationally.
- Cross-Departmental Collaboration: You work closely with the VP Sales & Marketing and the Head of Marketing, to whom you report directly. You also serve as a key contact for other departments, including Sales and Product Management.
- Events & Brand Experience: Whether it's international trade shows, dealer events or our own brand experiences, you're not just involved from behind a desk. You're there on-site, actively contributing and getting things done.
What You Bring to the Team:
- Marketing Expertise: You have several years of marketing experience, ideally in a versatile role. A degree in Marketing, Communications or Business Administration is an advantage, but not essential.
- Leadership Potential: You know how to inspire people, coordinate tasks and take responsibility. Initial leadership experience is welcome but not required. What matters most is your personality and potential.
- Always Up to Date: You have a keen eye for trends, emerging technologies and innovative marketing approaches. You challenge the status quo and actively contribute fresh ideas.
- Digital Mindset: You're open to new technologies, digital tools and AI-powered workflows. You recognize opportunities to make marketing processes smarter, more efficient and future-ready.
- Hands-on Mentality: No task is beneath you. Whether it's planning campaigns, supporting day-to-day operations or setting up an event, you're ready to roll up your sleeves wherever you're needed.

- Bike Passion & Product Knowledge: You're passionate about bicycles and interested in the cycling industry. You're eager to develop an in-depth understanding of our bikes, technologies and target audiences, and apply that knowledge to your work.
- Strong Communication Skills: You communicate confidently and professionally in both German and English, whether with internal teams or international partners.
- Flexibility & Willingness to Travel: You enjoy being on the move and are willing to travel approximately 20–30% of the time for events, trade shows and partner meetings.
