Job Responsibilities:
- Act as the finance contact for all Amazon-related transactions.
- Create credit notes and clear customer accounts receivable.
- Raise dispute cases in Amazon Vendor Central and work to resolve/follow up them in a timely manner.
- Create new customers in SAP/FI and update price changes as necessary.
- Create accruals for sales rebates and perform complex reconciliations.
- Continuously improve processes and workflows to increase efficiency.
Pre-requisites:
- At least 2 years of professional experience in Amazon Dispute Management.
- Accounting experience preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Advanced Excel knowledge and experience with SAP/FI are preferred.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a strong work ethic.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- A team player who is able to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
