Your Role
As a member of the Procurement & Innovation department, you will be responsible for improving end-to-end procurement processes through collaboration with cross functional stakeholders and especially Tech.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Driving best-in-class procurement processes for Razor
- Leading Special Projects: as the go-to person for key initiatives and new projects
- Coordinating with cross functional teams to continuously gather insights on efficiency of procurement processes and identify areas for improvement through special projects
- Designing the right metrics/ dashboards to bring visibility and continuously improve procurement processes
- Defining scalable automation solutions to help manage procurement processes
- Working closely with tech/product teams to translate these automation solutions into long term fixes
Your Profile
To succeed in this role you:
- Hold 5 yrs+ years of experience in deploying procurement processes and executing strategic initiatives
- Obtain strong understanding of procurement processes and how they interact with different functions within an organization
- Have experience working in E-Commerce/FMCG preferred
- Demonstrate a proven track record of driving strategic initiatives and process improvement through cross-functional collaboration with Tech/Product and Commercial/Sales
- Hold excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills; experience in working international teams
- Showcase strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
