ICT Engineer

to join a leading pharmaceutical company in Basel. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and innovative environment, supporting IT infrastructure and ensuring seamless operations within a GMP pharmaceutical setting. Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location. Responsibilities

Administer Azure Active Directory for user identity and access management. Efficiently stage new laptops using Intune with necessary configurations. Provide 1st and 2nd-level user support, resolving technical issues. Monitor and maintain backup, restore, and disaster recovery solutions (e.g., Veeam, Acronis, Mount10). Oversee IT asset management, tracking inventory and optimizing resources. Manage and develop the ticketing system for streamlined support. Handle Unifi Network Administration for network stability and performance. Administer Windows Server services (DHCP, DNS, IIS, SQL) for business operations. Utilize MS Dynamics for relevant business processes. Provide expertise in O365 applications and support. Perform network patch management to ensure security. Manage IT aspects of employee onboarding/offboarding. Support IT projects with hands‑on contributions. Write Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for IT systems. Ensure compliance with IT security standards and practices. Key Skills and Requirements

Significant experience in a GMP pharmaceutical environment with QA/QC knowledge. Self‑managing mindset with strong prioritization skills. Transparent reporting and clear communication abilities. Relevant ICT education and at least 5 years of IT support experience. Proficiency in on‑site support and troubleshooting lab devices. Service‑oriented approach with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Experience in writing SOPs for IT systems. Commitment to IT security and willingness to work outside standard hours when needed. Technical expertise in flashing firmware of laptops. Why Join Us?
