- Lead discovery and identify high-impact product opportunities based on user research and analytics.
- Run a dedicated cross-functional squad of 5 engineers, a designer, and a product analyst.
- Spearhead the strategy, prototyping, and shipping of next-generation AI-powered productivity features.
- Design and execute A/B tests and experimentation frameworks to optimize user funnels and engagement.
- Align engineering, design, and analytics stakeholders to drive initiatives from raw idea to launch.
- Month 1: You will onboard with your squad, establish your relationship with the Head of Product, and dive deep into PDF Expert's existing mobile UX, user research, and data funnels.
- Month 2-3: You will take full ownership of your squad's backlog, design your first core product experiments, and begin prototyping high-impact AI features or workflow enhancements.
- By end of Q1: You will have successfully shipped your first major feature or experiment to our 30 million users, establishing a clear, data-backed roadmap for the next wave of AI-powered productivity tools.
- Proven B2C mobile-first product manager who has shipped highly engaging consumer apps.
- Experienced leading cross-functional squads of engineers, designers, and data analysts.
- Highly analytical, fluent in A/B testing, user funnels, and product analytics tools.
- Expert in user research, translating deep customer empathy into actionable product requirements.
- Adept at using AI-prototyping, vibe-coding, or productivity tools to automate workflows.
- Thrives in fast-paced, autonomous environments without needing corporate structure or hand-holding.
