Managing and responding to written inquiries and service requests. Providing information and support across all company communication platforms. Maintaining internal management systems and ensuring accuracy of client and customer data. Handling a variety of client inquiries and coordinating their resolution internally. Requirements: Fluency in German language (must be at least C2) Communicative level of English language ( at least B2 ) Be in Lisbon or be ready to relocate Ability to communicate clearly and effectively What you will gain: Full-time contract Salary 1200-1500 euros gross per month depending on the project 14 salaries per year Accommodation available (discounted from salary) Public and Private health insurance provided by the employer The first contract for 12 months, with the possibility of signing a permanent one after 2 years (or renewing the previous one).
