Overview
In this role you will support RTI’s Aerospace & Defense customers in EMEA by enabling presales success and shaping product adoption. You work closely with regional account managers to drive growth and resolve technical blockers, from PoCs to RFP/RFQ responses. You’ll deliver compelling demonstrations and architecture discussions that translate RTI tech into customer value. The position offers cross-functional collaboration, travel, and the opportunity to influence product evolution for the A&D domain.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Create compelling presentations to convey RTI technology value to prospects
- Organize and execute Proof-of-Concept engagements and build software demos using RTI products
- Support proposals and RFP/RFQ responses to align with customer requirements
- Coordinate resources with internal teams to resolve pre-sales blockers and respond to RFPs
- Document customer technical requirements with Product Management for EMEA market needs
- Develop sales strategies with Account Management to grow the pipeline
- Periodically write technical articles showcasing RTI technology and value
- Attend tradeshows/events to present and staff booths to raise product awareness
Zentrale Anforderungen
- BS or higher in technical field, MS preferred
- Willingness to travel ~20–40% and on-site work
- 5+ years in A&D technical role (e.g., N-GVA/GVA, avionics or naval systems)
- Strong OS and networking knowledge (UDP, Multicast, OSI, routing, VLANs)
- C/C++ development expertise and understanding of SDLC
- Excellent presentation and communication skills (English)
- Experience designing high-level technical solutions from customer requirements
