Ensure alignment between engineering requirements, project execution needs and supply market capabilities to deliver safe, compliant, cost-competitive and schedule-driven solutions. /p h3Key Accountabilities /h3 ul liDefine and deploy category strategy for CSA (civil works, structural steel, buildings) /li liLead sourcing, tendering and supplier selection for CSA packages /li liDrive commercial negotiations including contracts, frameworks and pricing structures /li liPartner with Engineering, Construction and Project teams to ensure early procurement involvement /li liManage strategic supplier relationships and contractor performance /li liDrive cost optimization, benchmarking and value engineering across projects /li liEnsure risk management for construction activities (schedule, cost, HSE and supply risk) /li liEnsure compliance with GMP, EHS and construction standards /li liTranslate category strategies into project-specific sourcing and execution plans /li liMonitor contractor performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives /li /ul h3Profile / Experience /h3 ul li10-15 years experience in Procurement, Category Management or Construction sourcing /li liStrong experience in pharmaceutical / life sciences CAPEX projects /li liProven experience in CSA / construction sourcing /li liStrong track record in complex negotiations and contract management /li liExperience in large CAPEX projects (greenfield / brownfield) /li liSolid understanding of construction execution, engineering and project lifecycle /li libEducation: /bDegree in Engineering (Civil, Structural, Construction) or Business.
