- Smartsheet Architect - PLCM Launch Execution
- We are seeking an experienced
Smartsheet Architect to support Product Lifecycle Management (PLCM) launch execution activities within a global supply chain environment.
This position will play a critical role in enabling new market launches, product variations, and supply readiness initiatives through the design, implementation, and optimization of Smartsheet-based solutions.
The successful candidate will provide dedicated support for launch planning, milestone tracking, governance reporting, and cross-functional coordination across multiple stakeholders.
This role requires a highly organized professional who can translate complex business requirements into scalable Smartsheet solutions while maintaining visibility of risks, deliverables, and execution timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain advanced Smartsheet solutions to support launch and lifecycle management activities.
- Develop project plans, dashboards, reports, workflows, forms, and automated processes within Smartsheet.
- Ensure data integrity, governance, and scalability of Smartsheet environments.
- Optimize existing Smartsheet structures and recommend best practices for portfolio management and reporting.
- Launch & Lifecycle Management Execution
- Coordinate day-to-day launch and lifecycle activities across Commercial, Regulatory, Quality, Finance, S&OP, Manufacturing, and Distribution functions.
- Maintain integrated launch plans, milestone trackers, and deliverable logs.
- Track dependencies and ensure alignment with approved launch strategies and business priorities.
- Monitor progress against key milestones and proactively identify execution risks.
- Governance, Reporting & Stakeholder Management
- Prepare executive-ready dashboards, status reports, and governance materials.
- Document risks, assumptions, decisions, mitigations, and action plans.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings and ensure timely follow-up on key deliverables.
- Translate complex cross-functional information into concise management updates.
- Risk Management & Continuous Improvement
- Identify timeline, regulatory, supply-readiness, and operational constraints early.
- Manage escalation processes and provide recommendations for mitigation.
- Capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Enhance visibility, reporting, and portfolio management processes through Smartsheet capabilities.
- Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, Life Sciences, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience designing and implementing enterprise-level Smartsheet solutions.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, supply chain operations, product lifecycle management, launch execution, or related operational environments.
- Strong understanding of workflow automation, reporting, dashboards, and governance processes.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, highly matrixed environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Experience within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, or other regulated industries.
- Smartsheet certification(s) highly desirable.
- Experience with Power BI, SAP, Oracle, Excel, or similar planning and reporting tools.
- Project Management, Lean Six Sigma, APICS, or related certifications are advantageous.
- Knowledge of product launch processes, lifecycle management, and global supply chain operations.
