Advertising Techniques Designer - Project Management, 100%
In collaboration with our team, you realise our clients' wishes and ensure the economic and technical smooth running of projects through optimal client advice and meticulous order preparation. You master the processes, from printed production to advertising technology and on-site installation, as well as the main Office software. Your main tasks are as follows:
- Independent client advice and follow-up (by phone, email and on-site at clients) - Monitoring and coordination of printing and advertising technology projects, from request to implementation - Internal coordination with the production manager and installation department regarding technical feasibility - Post-calculation of costs for new and completed projects - Stock management and purchase of project-specific materials - Coordination of production, logistics and installation deadlines for our own projects - Creation and preparation of production files, production instructions and documents
Related to projects for smooth implementation in production and installation, you have completed an apprenticeship as a graphic designer in advertising techniques, ideally have experience in production and installation, and hold a category B driving licence. You have a holistic approach and enjoy finding solutions.
You are proficient in Office software, materials and necessary tools. Technical skills, good interpersonal skills as well as very good oral and written expression in French and preferably, but not necessarily, in German will facilitate your work.
Additionally, you demonstrate initiative, organisational skills and the energy required to successfully complete projects and establish lasting relationships with clients together with the team.
