We’re looking for a Data Scientist to help maintain and enhance our marketing budget allocation tool (BAT)!

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify and implement data-driven solutions that drive business growth
• Work directly with paid marketing managers on BAT
• Apply advanced statistical and machine learning techniques to extract insights from complex datasets and provide BAT outputs regularly
• Own the full project lifecycle: data processing, feature engineering, validation, deployment
• Proactively improve the existing model to influence decision-making
• Strong Python/SQL skills
• Experience with predictive modeling & optimization algorithms
• Familiarity with marketing analytics (ROI, attribution, MMM) is a bonus
• Passion for transforming data into actionable business decisions
• Over 3 years of experience in Data Science
• Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field
• Extensive experience applying statistical modeling, machine learning, and data mining techniques to real-world problems
• Proven deployment of end-to-end machine learning pipelines, including live deployment and monitoring
• Strong problem-solving skills with creativity and innovation
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Eligibility to work in Germany for the next 6 to 12 months
