What You’ll Do :
- Lead Oracle ERP projects from concept to completion – on time, on scope, and on budget
- Define goals, scope, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and solution architects
- Coordinate internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution
- Manage project resources effectively and provide strategic guidance to your team
- Identify and mitigate risks proactively, solving problems before they escalate
- Build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders, ensuring clear and consistent communication
What You Bring :
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Analytical mindset with a sharp attention to detail and strategic thinking abilities
- Experience with Atlassian tools and agile project methodologies
- Excellent stakeholder management and a collaborative approach to teamwork
- Fluent in German and English
