About Recare: Recare is the technology partner for optimal discharge management. With the acquisition of Pflegeplatzmanager GmbH in the summer of 2023, the digital marketplace expands to include 700 acute care hospitals, 650 rehabilitation clinics, and 24,000 additional service providers in the fields of nursing and medical supplies/homecare. Recare was founded in 2017 and is headquartered in Berlin.

We’re looking for a hands-on and FP&A Manager to join our Finance team. Working directly with the Director of Finance, you will enhance existing processes and develop new tools to drive business insights and decision-making.

About the Role: This role offers the chance to work on a mix of established reporting and modeling processes while building and refining new ones. The ideal candidate will bring a balance of technical expertise and business acumen, acting as a trusted partner to teams across the organization.

This is how you will make an impact as a FP&A Manager:

• Enhance and expand existing financial reporting and forecasting frameworks, ensuring accuracy and scalability.

• Build and refine financial models to support strategic planning, budgeting, and scenario analysis.

• Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, Product, Marketing) to align financial insights with business objectives.

• Analyze and benchmark SaaS metrics and industry trends to inform strategic initiatives.

• Deliver clear and actionable insights to senior leadership through reporting and presentations.

• Support ad hoc analyses and key projects to enable data-driven decision-making.

• Ensure reporting alignment with German GAAP (HGB) and other relevant standards.

Your Profile:

• You are a finance professional with a proactive approach to improving processes and partnering with the business.

• You possess 5+ years of experience in FP&A or Strategic Finance, ideally in a SaaS or high-growth B2B environment.

• You are experienced in enhancing financial reporting and building robust models.

• You bring a solid understanding of German GAAP (HGB) and accounting principles.

• You excel in communication and collaboration, partnering effectively with non-finance stakeholders.

• Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets is essential; experience with financial planning tools (e.g., Anaplan, Adaptive Insights) is a plus. Familiarity with DATEV, Salesforce, and Looker or other BI tools is highly desirable.

• You have an analytical mindset and a keen eye for detail, turning data into actionable insights.

• You are fluent in English, German proficiency is a strong advantage.
