YOUR TASKS
- Disciplinary and technical leadership, as well as team development
- Coordination, prioritization, and management of all measurement and testing tasks
- Ensuring compliance with quality, customer, standards, and certification requirements, as well as providing support for technical issues
- Close collaboration with development, design, quality planning, production, suppliers, and customers
- Analysis of deviations, as well as the definition and tracking of appropriate measures for upstream processes
- Developing process improvements and optimizing measurement tasks, measurement strategies, and test procedures
- Monitoring, managing, and calibrating the testing and measuring equipment in use
- Performing measurements on modern 3D coordinate measuring machines and with articulated arms on individual parts, subassemblies, and complex assemblies, particularly for initial sampling, supplier approvals, series testing, and final acceptance inspections
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- Completed training as a technician (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification, ideally in the aviation or automotive industry or with comparable product knowledge
- Several years of professional experience in the measurement of complex assemblies or in a comparable role
- Good knowledge of coordinate measuring technology
- A sense of responsibility, a strong commitment to performance and a willingness to learn, as well as flexibility
- Good written and spoken German and English skills
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Ideally, knowledge of GOM Suite and PC-DMIS software
- Knowledge of quality management
