YOUR TASKS
- Management of development projects in the field of aircraft seats, with a focus on structural integrity and passenger safety (HIC load case)
- Ensuring adherence to budget and schedule
- Development and creation of finite element models (FE models) in LS-DYNA for static and dynamic simulations
- Analyzing, documenting, and presenting the calculation results internally during project team meetings
- Defining and implementing design optimization measures with the goal of reducing weight and complying with relevant aviation regulations.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- Completed studies in the fields of mechanical/civil engineering, aerospace engineering or comparable
- Strong expertise and skills in ANSA and LS-DYNA
- Advanced understanding of finite element methods (FEM) and engineering mechanics
- Solid foundation in the design and development of aerospace components
- Ideally, experience with LS-PrePost and META
- Excellent spoken and written English skills
- Exceptional analytical thinking and a highly team-oriented mindset
