CAREER OPPORTUNITIES: Business Process Digitalization Manager (m/f/d)

YOUR TASKS

• Product Owner for the programs Atlassian and relevant plug-ins (eg. EasyBI)
• Anlaysis, conception, development, testing, and deployment of digitalization solutions
• Business enabler: optimization and digitalization of business processes
• Management of global digitalization initiatives and projects of all sizes
• Support in the implementation of digital transformation by analyzing, optimizing, designing and digitizing cross-functional business processes
• Requirements analysis and implementation coordination for business process digitalization
• Assistance in coordinating and prioritizing BPM team tasks, considering international workshare

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• Successfully completed technical and economic studies (e.g., business informatics specialist or industrial engineer) or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience
• Profound knowledge in the description (BPMN 2.0) and digitalization of business processes as well as architecture of Microsoft SharePoint and Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, Service Desk etc.)
• Experience in digitalization initiatives and their implementation is desirable
• Project management experience and the application of various methods - certification advantageous
• Ability to work independently, high level of initiative, creativity, entrepreneurial spirit, doer mentality, ability to deal with conflicts, strong communication skills
• Very good knowledge of English
