CAREER OPPORTUNITIES: Supplier Manager (m/f/d)

YOUR TASKS

• Monitor and further develop the supplier portfolio with regard to quality, on-time delivery, compliance, and contractual conformity
• Analyze, document, and report supplier non-conformities, including root-cause analysis and the monitoring of corrective and preventive actions
• Derive, implement, and optimize supplier requirements based on legal, customer-specific, and regulatory requirements
• Plan, conduct, and follow up on supplier audits, as well as support external audits and inspections by authorities
• Ensure compliance with aviation regulations and customer-specific standards throughout the supply chain, and monitor supplier compliance
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders on supplier selection, risk assessment, process optimization, and cost-reduction initiatives

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• Completed degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field (e.g., industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, or supply chain management), or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience in supplier management, quality management, strategic procurement, or a comparable field
• Experience in regulated industries, ideally aerospace; alternatively, pharmaceuticals or medical technology
• Good knowledge of quality methods and tools, as well as aviation-specific standards and regulations
• Analytical, structured, and independent working style, combined with confidence, strong communication skills, and assertiveness
• Very good knowledge of German and English
  
• Willingness to travel internationally
