Your responsibilities

• Responsibility for the implementation of standards at the site
• Responsibility for internal and external audits on the standards
• Independent processing of SHE deviations and their follow-up
• Preparation of MM assessments
• Implementation of training and awareness-raising measures for employees with regard to environmental protection and occupational health and safety
• Digitization and automation of process descriptions
• Identification and assessment of environmental and occupational health and safety risks
• Coordination and cooperation with international locations to ensure compliance with RECKITT environmental and occupational health and safety standards
• Participation in global projects and initiatives to continuously improve SHE management systems
• Administrative tasks in consultation with the supervisor

The experience we are looking for

• You have experience with the DIN EN ISO 14001 and 45001 standards and corresponding laws
• You are willing to accept changing requirements
• You understand complex interrelationships and can analyze them systematically
• You are communicative and can work across departmental boundaries
• You work proactively and independently on your tasks and projects
• You have a degree in occupational health and safety or environmental protection or have relevant professional experience
• You can communicate fluently in German and English
