You could join our Global Supply Planning team to develop and implement our global supply strategy, or work with our Procurement Centre of Excellence team to negotiate and manage our supplier relationships.

Our Manufacturing Excellence team helps us improve the efficiency, quality, and safety of our manufacturing operations, and our Logistics Excellence team develops new and innovative ways to distribute our products to customers.

About the Program

Do you want to leave your mark in our supply department? As a Future Leaders Program (Graduate Program) – Supply Services (all genders), you will have the opportunity to gain practical experience with some of the world\’s leading consumer goods products.

Start: 1st September 2025

You will get to know our company and work either in Demand Planning, Embellishment, Customer Service, or Logistics. During the 2-year program, you will gain a comprehensive overview of the entire supply chain processes at Reckitt. From day one, you will be fully integrated into our team, which supplies millions of customers worldwide with products from well-known brands. The focus is on \“learning by doing,\“ with you always being supported and guided by our experienced team.

You will be responsible for your own projects, making a difference like never before. The products you bring to market will improve people\’s lives. Our well-known brands will give you a unique stage, and our dynamic, self-responsible culture will help you bring out the best in yourself every day.

The experience and skills we\’re looking for

• Bachelor\’s degree (FH/university) or a comparable degree in a technical or business administration course and ideally an internship in a logistics/supply chain or engineering environment — but this is not a must
• Entrepreneurial drive
• A strong academic background
• Ambitious and motivated, wanting to take on responsibility in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Action-oriented
• A pragmatic problem solver and share our drive for mutual success, even when faced with challenges
• A good networker
• Fluent in German and English
