We know that people thrive when they can be themselves, are trusted and supported, and are given the opportunity to grow and make a meaningful contribution. /p pAre you ready to unlock your full potential? /p h3Job Purpose /h3 pAs bKey Account Manager Hematology Oncology, Rare Diseases Germany /b, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with key customers, healthcare professionals, hospitals and other relevant stakeholders within your assigned territory. /p pYour primary objective will be to increase disease awareness, improve patient pathways and ensure that eligible patients affected by rare hematological and oncological diseases have access to appropriate treatment options. /p pCombining strong scientific understanding with commercial expertise, you will translate complex clinical information into relevant value propositions for healthcare professionals and other decision-makers. Through effective territory and account management, you will identify growth opportunities, strengthen existing partnerships and build sustainable relationships with new customers. /p pWorking closely with Medical Affairs, Marketing, Market Access and other cross-functional colleagues, you will implement the national strategy at a regional level and contribute to the achievement of commercial objectives for the Recordati Rare Diseases portfolio. /p pThis is a field-based and customer-focused role with accountability for business results within the assigned territory. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liManage, expand, and provide therapeutic and scientific support for the existing network of clients and KOLs /li liSelect clients and identify potential prescribers for our product portfolio /li liContinuously expand the client base and refine the relevant target audience /li liConsistently implement the company’s strategy and initiatives to ensure that goals are met while addressing the individual needs of each client and target group /li liDevelop account plans to support growth-oriented revenue and profit planning /li liResponsibly allocate the assigned budget for client development /li liDevelop innovative training concepts based on current client needs /li liParticipate in conferences, sponsored events, and other meetings as opportunities for customer engagement and personal development /li liEducate customers about complex diagnostic and treatment scenarios, raise awareness of rare diseases and orphan drugs, and support the development of healthcare networks /li liComplete reporting and general administrative tasks /li liAssist in the creation of brochures and materials for customer /li /ul h3Required Education /h3 ul liAlternatively, an equivalent qualification and relevant professional experience in the pharmaceutical industry /li liRequired pharmaceutical sales qualification pursuant to bSection 75 of the German Medicinal Products Act /b, where applicable /li /ul h3Your profile /h3 ul liExisting hospital network in niche products and regional physician network desirable /li liStrong team player with the ability to work independently and proactively /li liStrong sales orientation, excellent communication, and presentation skills /li liPositive attitude and solution-oriented mindset /li liExcellent interpersonal skills for effective teamwork /li /ul h3Required Languages /h3 ul liFluency in German, both written and spoken /li liVery good command of English, both written and spoken /li /ul h3What we offer /h3 ul liThe opportunity to make a meaningful contribution for people living with rare diseases /li liA responsible and visible field-based role with a high level of autonomy /li liClose collaboration with experienced colleagues across Sales, Medical Affairs, Marketing and Market Access /li liAn international working environment shaped by trust, accountability and collaboration /li liOpportunities for professional and personal development within a growing organization /li /ul pAt Recordati we believe in people!
