Requirements

  1. You have a Bachelor\’s degree or equivalent professional training in the fields of Supply Chain Management or Business Administration.
  2. You have professional experience in strategic purchasing in a manufacturing environment.
  3. You have already gained experience in the supply chain area, ideally also in controlling.
  4. Your open and communicative nature sets you apart.
  5. You have very good German and English skills.

Tasks & Responsibilities

  1. You will shape the structure of our strategic and operational purchasing.
  2. You will develop, implement and be responsible for a sustainable, high-performance procurement strategy for all components of our high-tech products as well as for infrastructure investments.
  3. You will contribute to our product calculations.
  4. You will conduct performance evaluations and audits of suppliers to ensure and maintain credibility, innovation, quality and price.
  5. You will work closely with our development and production team to find the optimal suppliers and build stable relationships.
  6. You will continuously analyze the costs of all materials and conduct ongoing market research.

Hiring Process

  1. Application via Talent Partner.
  2. Interview: Initial 10-15 minute conversation with a human resources representative for a relaxed introduction.
  3. Technical Interview: One-on-one conversation with the Head of Facilities & Infrastructure and subject matter experts (approximately 1 hour).
  4. C-Level Meeting: A 30-minute informal exchange with company management.
  5. Offer: Following selection, a job offer is made.
