Requirements

1. In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, including Identity Governance.
2. Excellent experience with Power Automate and workflow creation.
3. Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Exchange and SharePoint administration, as well as security and compliance.
4. Experience with PowerShell Runbooks and Azure Functions.
5. Ability to interface with various systems and applications.
6. Independent, solution-oriented, and goal-oriented working style.
7. High degree of motivation, initiative, and strong communication skills.
8. Fluent German and good English skills.
9. Knowledge of IT project management and experience in leading or collaborating on IT projects.
10. Strong problem-solving skills as well as analytical and strategic thinking.

Tasks & Responsibilities

1. Expansion and further development of our modern Microsoft infrastructure.
2. Support in project work and the development of new cloud infrastructures in customer projects.
3. Support and administration of Microsoft Azure / Exchange / Office 365 environments, as well as ensuring backup and security.
4. Implementation of automation solutions using Power Automate, Azure Runbooks, Azure Functions, and Logic Apps to optimize and standardize recurring processes.
5. Continuous monitoring of the IT infrastructure to ensure uninterrupted operation.
6. Planning, design, and presentation of proof of concepts (PoCs) for new technologies and solutions.
7. Establishment and maintenance of interfaces to various systems and applications.
8. Implementation of security policies and protocols to ensure data and system security.
9. Training and further development of team members, as well as creation of technical documentation and instructions.
10. Technical consulting for customers in the area of information security, particularly with regard to compliance with ISO 27001 and TISAX standards.
