Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, including Identity Governance.
• Excellent experience with Power Automate and workflow creation.
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Exchange and SharePoint administration, security, and compliance.
• Experience with PowerShell Runbooks and Azure Functions.
• Ability to interface with various systems and applications.
• Independent, solution-oriented, and goal-oriented working style.
• High motivation, initiative, and strong communication skills.
• Fluent German and good English skills.
• Knowledge of IT project management and experience in leading or collaborating on IT projects.
• Strong problem-solving skills, analytical and strategic thinking.

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Expand and develop our modern Microsoft infrastructure.
• Support in project work and development of new cloud infrastructures.
• Support and administer Microsoft Azure / Exchange / Office 365 environments, ensuring backup and security.
• Implement automation solutions using Power Automate, Azure Runbooks, Azure Functions, and Logic Apps.
• Monitor IT infrastructure to ensure uninterrupted operation.
• Plan, design, and present proof of concepts for new technologies.
• Establish and maintain interfaces to various systems and applications.
• Implement security policies and protocols.
• Train and develop team members; create technical documentation.
• Provide technical consulting on information security, ISO 27001, and TISAX standards.
