Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute end-to-end recruitment processes for various projects.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract potential candidates.
- Post job advertisements on various platforms and social media.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.
- Maintain applicant tracking system and update candidate records.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and develop strategies for improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Independent contractor. Able to invoice. Able to work unsupervised.
- Data-informed within recruitment metrics.
- Fluent in English.
- Prior recruitment or sourcing experience within startup ecosystem.
- Business development experience within workforce solutions.
- Strong work ethic.
