Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated Customer Success Manager to drive enterprise customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships. This role offers significant autonomy, direct collaboration with leadership, and the opportunity to shape processes in a high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Partnership: Serve as the main point of contact for enterprise clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention.

  • Onboarding & Implementation: Lead customers through onboarding and adoption, ensuring quick time-to-value.

  • Product Advocacy: Champion customer needs in product development and roadmap discussions.

  • Value Delivery: Support clients in achieving measurable savings and efficiency gains.

  • Training & Adoption: Deliver training and best practices to maximize product adoption.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, sales, and engineering teams to integrate customer feedback.

  • Process Ownership: Take ownership of new processes and projects, leaving a lasting impact.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in customer success, account management, SaaS, B2B, or consulting

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage C-level stakeholders

  • Proactive, empathetic, and solution-oriented mindset

  • Analytical problem-solving skills with the ability to present complex issues clearly

  • Native German (C2) and fluent English (C1)

  • Willingness to work on-site in Munich with occasional customer travel

  • Experience in construction, supply chain, or trades is a plus
