Role Overview
We are seeking a visionary Head of Marketing to lead direct-to-consumer (D2C) growth, brand positioning, and product marketing. This leadership role is responsible for scaling customer acquisition, strengthening brand identity, and driving measurable growth across digital channels.
Key Responsibilities

D2C Growth: Own revenue contribution via the online shop, including performance marketing, e-commerce, and budget management.

Customer Acquisition: Scale acquisition across paid, SEO, social, and influencer channels while optimizing conversion and funnel performance.

Data-Driven Marketing: Establish KPIs, tracking, attribution, testing, and forecasting for predictable growth.

Brand Positioning: Ensure consistent communication across all touchpoints (shop, ads, content, social).

Product Marketing: Create impactful go-to-market strategies, portfolio logic, and value propositions.

Team Leadership: Build and grow a KPI-driven marketing team across performance, brand/creative, and product marketing.

B2B Support: Strengthen B2B sales pipeline with targeted marketing initiatives.
Candidate Profile

5+ years of leadership experience in D2C/E-commerce marketing

Hands-on mentality with ability to balance strategic leadership and operational execution

Strong expertise in commercial growth/e-commerce combined with brand positioning skills

Proven track record in product marketing (value proposition, go-to-market, portfolio logic)

Tech-savvy: experience with tracking, attribution, paid media, SEO, automation/AI

Clear, structured leadership style with high accountability and performance standards

Industry knowledge in health/nutrition supplements (NEM) is a plus
