Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Head of Sales & Marketing to lead strategy, execution, and team development in a dynamic payroll and software solutions environment. This role combines leadership, commercial growth, and hands-on execution, offering the opportunity to shape integrated sales and marketing initiatives while driving measurable business impact.
Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership: Lead, develop, and manage a 5-person sales and marketing team with both disciplinary and functional responsibility.

Strategy Development: Define and execute an integrated strategy focused on acquiring new mid-sized business customers and expanding software solution sales.

Activity Management: Plan, manage, and control all sales, marketing, and customer retention activities, including budget responsibility.

Market Analysis: Analyze market, customer, and competitor data to identify growth opportunities and refine product and pricing strategies.

Process Optimization: Lead digitalization and process improvement projects in sales and marketing.

Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strategic customer and partner relationships, representing the company at industry events.
Candidate Profile

Degree in business administration, marketing, sales, or related field

Several years of professional experience in sales and marketing, ideally in payroll or software solutions

Proven team leadership experience with a hands-on approach

Strong analytical skills, entrepreneurial mindset, and independent working style

Confident communicator in German and English, with natural networking ability
