We are currently looking for an Automotive Systems Simulation Expert for a permanent employment for our client in Munich.
You will be responsible for developing a remote-operable system for testing and virtualization of automotive systems. In addition to your strong technical background, we are seeking someone with experience in customer engagement. This is because you will be involved in preparing quotations and offerings that align with customer requirements, market dynamics, and technological advancements.
Responsibilities:
- Understand the company’s Virtual Engineering and DevOps solutions and explain them to customers to generate interest.
- Interpret customer requirements and map them to the company’s offerings and competencies.
- Identify unexpressed customer problem areas, and market challenges, and create new business opportunities by providing technical consulting and solutions.
- Provide feedback to improve the company’s offerings based on customer needs, market challenges, and technological trends.
- Participate in defining the technology roadmap and investment proposals that meet customer and market needs.
- Drive the RFQs and RFPs.
- Collaborate with overseas experts and leaders in estimating, high-level project planning, and developing winning proposals for clients.
- Implementing projects offshore by knowledge transfer and customer coordination.
Skills:
- At least 8 years of experience in the Automotive Industry in a client-oriented role.
- Excellent knowledge in the area of Embedded Systems and Virtual ECUs.
- Experience in using dSPACE, Synopsys and Vector products.
- Experience in Modeling & Simulation of automotive systems.
- Familiarity with AUTOSAR, Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA), and Software Defined Vehicles.
- Excellent communication skills in both German & English.
- Experience with DevOps and Cloud technologies is a desirable advantage.
