pRecrutis is supporting one of its clients, a leading biopharmaceutical manufacturing site in the canton of Valais, in the search for a CAPEX Planner to own the planning and scheduling of a portfolio of capital projects covering facilities and infrastructure. /p h3Key information /h3 ul liLocation: canton of Valais, Switzerland — 100% on site (knockout). /li liContract: long-term consulting assignment, starting as soon as possible and running until end of July 2027. /li liEnvironment: biopharmaceutical site operating under GMP, portfolio of capital projects from design through commissioning and start-up. /li /ul h3Scope /h3 ul liDevelop, monitor and update integrated project plans and schedules across all project stages. /li liPrepare baseline schedules and schedule-basis documents for approval by project teams. /li liAssess impacts on critical and near-critical paths, monitor deviations and variances, and support corrective actions. /li liIssue periodic progress reports, trend charts and schedule analyses, and maintain records of scope changes. /li liFacilitate scheduling meetings and interactive planning sessions, and support resource loading across the portfolio. /li /ul h3Profile — Required criteria (knockout) /h3 ul liHands‑on proficiency in Primavera P6 as a planner or scheduler, building and maintaining schedules. /li liAt least 5 years of experience planning large capital projects ( CHF 20 million), from design through commissioning and start-up. /li liExperience gained within an EPCM company. /li liExcellent command of English, written and spoken. /li liEU/EFTA nationality. /li /ul pDifferentiators: projects above CHF 300 million, client‑side planning experience in addition to EPCM, pharmaceutical or biotech GMP environment, German, degree in Engineering, Science or Business Management. /p pProcess — Confidential recruitment process.
