- Strong understanding of IT/OT integration and industrial network landscapes
- Experienced in projects linked to IT facilities or production environments
- A structured, delivery-driven mindset with strong stakeholder, planning, and risk management skills
- Familiar with PMI or equivalent project management methodologies
- Excellent communication skills in English and German
- Able to provide references upon request
- Lead one or more IT infrastructure projects and coordinate multidisciplinary teams to define scope, objectives, and deliverables
- Manage risks, issues, and change requests with proactive solutions and timely follow-up
- Ensure compliance with internal standards, best practices, and regulatory requirements
- Maintain accurate project plans , budgets, and resource allocation
- Communicate clearly with stakeholders and senior management about project progress and challenges
- Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by sharing knowledge and lessons learned
