Your Tasks
- Partner with Sales and Customer Success teams to understand customer needs, identify gaps and opportunities, and convert these insights into practical technical solutions.
- Deliver technical expertise and in-depth packaging sustainability knowledge during the sales process, including scoping, solution design, and proposal development, to secure new business opportunities.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospects, highlighting how Recyda\’s features can meet their business needs.
- Participate in bid processes and RfPs, collaborating with our Account Executives to ensure Recyda\’s features and value propositions are accurately represented.
- Build strong relationships with prospects and customers, establishing yourself as a reliable and knowledgeable advisor throughout the sales cycle.
- Serve as the technical reference during the presales phase, offering product expertise on the implementation and integration of our solution with customer systems.
- Stay current on industry trends and provide feedback to our Product and Engineering teams, positioning our solution as a market leader effectively
Skills & Experiences
- 3+ years of experience as Solution Engineer or Sales Engineer in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Hands-on experience with integration technologies and patterns, such as RESTful APIs
- Experience with enterprise system landscapes, e.g. ERP, PLM
- High level of emotional intelligence and empathy, with the ability to actively listen to and understand customer needs.
