RESPONSIBILITIES Areas that play to your strengths All the responsibilities we’ll trust you with: IN A NUTSHELL In this role, you’ll play a crucial part in bringing Red Bull Gaming’s creative vision to life by planning and executing dynamic video shoots that capture the energy of the gaming community for YouTube. You’ll manage the entire production process, from developing creative concepts and initial shoot planning to coordinating post-production with freelance editors, top-tier agencies, and production partners to create engaging content for Red Bull channels. Working closely with internal teams and external partners, you’ll ensure content meets technical standards, platform best practices, and brand guidelines while developing innovative templates. By guiding regional Red Bull markets and aligning with Red Bull’s global strategy, you’ll support high-impact projects and campaigns to drive audience engagement and elevate the brand’s presence. Ultimately, you’ll serve as a key link between creative execution and strategic communication, providing regular updates and performance insights to senior management. CONTENT DEVELOPMENT & PRODUCTION In this role, you’ll be responsible for planning and executing video shoots, capturing footage that aligns with the creative vision and brand guidelines while staying within the framework, budget, and timescale. You’ll work alongside internal production teams and external partners to create both series and standalone videos tailored for gaming audiences. You’ll be in charge of editing and assembling raw footage into compelling YouTube content, adhering to the creative brief and the story structure of each project. Additionally, you’ll enlist, brief, and manage freelance editors and production agencies, ensuring a consistent gaming aesthetic throughout the post-production process. It’s crucial that you’ll ensure all videos meet technical specifications and platform-specific best practices to maximize reach and engagement within the gaming community. You’ll also be tasked with adding graphics, captions, and other visual elements to enhance accessibility and engagement. Collaborating closely with the social media team, you’ll share creative ideas and provide valuable input that strengthens the connection between the gaming community and the content. In your role, you’ll engage with gaming influencers, content creators, and esports teams to create innovative and collaborative projects. Moreover, you’ll be responsible for creating standardized templates and guidelines to maintain consistency and efficiency in gaming content production. Finally, you’ll offer guidance to countries and global markets in their content approach, helping them execute larger, impactful projects. Optimizing Content for Maximum Engagement In this role, you’ll develop eye-catching content packaging–including titles and thumbnails with a gaming flair–that maximizes reach and click-through rates, working alongside agencies. You’ll ideate, design, and refine engaging thumbnails that effectively package gaming content to attract a wide audience, while also assisting freelancers with this task. You’ll analyze the performance of published content and share insights with production teams to inform and improve creative direction, editing, and future content development. Additionally, you’ll oversee the uploading and publishing process for Red Bull Gaming YouTube channels, optimizing descriptions, tags, end screens, and other metadata to enhance discoverability. You’ll Offer consistent project status updates and progress reports to senior management, ensuring alignment with overall brand strategy and the dynamic gaming landscape. Innovation & Country Relationship Management In this role, you’ll provide expertise in gaming content creation, platform tools, and best practices to support executional project teams. You’ll collaborate with the gaming channels and Red Bull Main team to drive innovative ideation and ensure the effective execution of gaming content projects. You’ll coordinate with the Production Management Team on budget tracking, invoice processing, and vendor management specifically related to gaming event productions. Additionally, you’ll educate regional content teams on YouTube best practices and current gaming trends, helping to transform creative ideas into viable gaming concepts. Experience Your areas of knowledge and expertise That matter most for this role: * 3+ years of video production experience with a focus on YouTube content creation and gaming content production. A portfolio of creative and engaging short-form video content with a clear focus on gaming. * Creative and technical video production skills, with a strong sense of visual storytelling and pacing tailored to dynamic gaming content. * Solid understanding of the global media landscape and up to date with media trends and related issues, a story seeker who can identify stories with real media potential. * A genuine passion for gaming, content and social media, with a drive to produce content that resonates with diverse gaming communities. * Good project management skills and the ability to evaluate and give clear, constructive feedback on ideas, treatments, production, etc. * A team player with strong communication and organisational skills. * Fluent in English. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
