Senior Project Manager in Feldatal, Frankfurt am Main

On behalf of one of our key partners, RED now has a contract opportunity for a Senior Project Manager to join an AI transformation project! The initial contract will be 6 months, with long-term scope.This contract is to start ASAP and will be 2 days on site per week in Frankfurt, Germany.ResponsibilitiesYou will lead complex transformation workstreams from mobilisation through to delivery, adoption and handover. You will own end-to-end project delivery, governance, budgeting, stakeholder engagement and benefits realisation within large-scale business and technology transformation programmes. The role will focus on AI-driven transformation initiatives, ensuring effective project controls, risk management, delivery oversight and successful implementation of enterprise technologies within a complex SAP environment. Experience delivering AI implementations, digital transformation programmes, and working within regulated industries is highly desirable.Desired skills8+ years of project or programme management experience in complex transformation environmentsProven experience delivering AI, GenAI, data & analytics, automation or digital transformation initiativesStrong project controls across scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies and benefits trackingExperience translating strategic business objectives into executable delivery plansSenior stakeholder management, executive reporting and facilitation experienceExperience working with Agile, Waterfall and hybrid delivery methodologiesExperience with S4/HANAPharma / Life Sciences experience preferredExperience with Enterprise AI transformation programmesExcellent communication skills with English #J-18808-Ljbffr
