Integration Consultant (ServiceNow & Workday)

For one of our international clients, RED Global is currently looking for an experienced & highly skilled Integration Consultant with experience in ServiceNow to join our team.

The ideal candidate would have strong experience in HRSD and integration with workday.

The role would be offered on remote basis with occasional travel to Munich, Germany, but only to candidates who are based in Germany & Poland.

Desired skills :

• Implementation consultant to lead act as SME for ServiceNow and Workday.
• Must have HRSD and Workday experience at ideally architect level
• Looking at all aspects of HR such as Payroll implementations, documentation, building a road map for further, future projects
• Will be advising project sponsors on strategy and deployment
• Working alongside sponsors and potential other consultancies
• Developing a long term HRSD strategy
• Developing German and US sites initially will be rolling out globally in time.
• Previous experience working on global projects.
• Good communication skills & soft skills in English & German.
• Start : ASAP
• Location : Remote with occasional travel to Munich, Germany
