Your Responsibilities:

• Customer acquisition in SAP & IT project business: Build your own client base within SAP & IT in the DACH region, focusing on companies seeking freelance experts for their projects.
• Developing long-term customer relationships: Acquire new clients and develop them into strategic partners. Recognize project needs early and position RED as the preferred contact.
• Project responsibility from start to finish: Manage the entire project staffing process—from needs analysis, close coordination with our recruiting team, to proposal submission and contract negotiations.
• Collaboration with the recruiting team: Work with our specialists to provide suitable freelance SAP and IT experts for your client projects.
• Market & trend observation: Stay up-to-date, recognize market movements, and use this knowledge to strategically expand your accounts.

Your Profile:

• You have a degree or comparable qualification; career changers are welcome!
• You are enthusiastic about sales and demonstrate this in your previous professional experience

• You speak fluent German and very good English
