Job Title: SAP IS-U Consultant (Customer Engagement/ Product Portfolio) Engagement: Full-time English (Fluent), German B2 Design, build and configure applications in SAP Utilities Support in the conceptualization and coordination of the implementation of solutions in billing and invoicing environment Development of customer engagement process in Interaction Center Agent Role, Enhanced Identification, Managing Business Partners and Contract Accounts, Managing Technical Master Data, Bill Information and Correction, Managing Budget Billing Plans, Financial Inquiries and Collections, Interaction Records, Managing Meter Readings, Fast Move-In/Out Practical knowledge of SAP S4 HANA Customer Engagement Practical knowledge of SAP IS-U/UC4G Strong knowledge about Utility sector process and requirements, sales processes for energy supply (electricity/gas) Drive business workshop for requirement gathering in electricity and gas industry Communication with (customer service, metering & device management, billing & invoicing and finance) Ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with industry regulations related to utilities sector Support for the integration of products via UPIL interface Experience with Meter to Cash processes, including SAP IS-U/CRM/C4C and other CX products Deep understanding of SAP IS-U modules (e.g., Exposure to other SAP technology (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, BRF+, Fiori Apps) will be an added advantage Practical knowledge of SAP IS-U/UC4G- (Product Knowledge and Contract Configuration) Practical project experience in product development Let\’s connect for more details, please apply on the job post or send me your most updated CV on jdabaas@redglobal.
