Junior (SAP) PMO Consultant – 6 month contract – Hybrid (Basel)

Start: 3rd November 2025

Duration: 6 months contract + possible extension

Location: Hybrid (Basel)

Key Responsibilities:

• Gain a thorough understanding of the deployment organization, functional structure, reporting processes, and the financial and project management tools in use.
• Coordinate with local Project Leads, Cluster Leads, and Functional Leads to plan and organize site visits from the global cluster team to affiliates.
• Collaborate with cluster functional experts to prepare and distribute the latest version of scoping questionnaires for affiliates, ensuring accurate assessment of their current configurations.

Tasks:

• Maintain and update resource planning for cluster and regional teams.
• Implement project management methodology in a timely manner, ensuring the team is trained and coached in its application.
• Use the central PMO template and deployment deliverables list as the foundation for project planning. Monitor, track, and control the project plan and deliverables; report progress; prepare for phase gates; and ensure all acceptance criteria are defined and met.
• Manage the RAID log (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies).
• Facilitate collaboration and communication across clusters and affiliates, ensuring alignment of remote teams. Promote a collaborative environment to resolve challenges and maintain progress.
