SAP One Scrum Master - 8+ months - Berlin Area - Start february

For our end customers in the Berlin area, we are looking for an SAP One Scrum Master .

Your main task is to help individuals adopt the right mindset and behaviours, the teams to embrace continuous improvement, and the organisation. After 3 years of effort, the go-live happened on January 9, 2023. We are ready to use this fertile ground to support the transition toward the new product operating model and build the way of delivering our services, aiming for customer satisfaction. We are looking for support to help us do this in the most agile way possible.

Tasks:

1. Soft skills over hard skills
2. Facilitate over solving
3. Adapt to the need over doing by the book
4. Working team over working product
5. Integrate the Agile Chapter:

1. Main mission: integrate two teams and enable their culture.
2. Two days a month equivalent: support the Agile Chapter events (scrum events, agile clinic, strategy brainstorm, community of practice, off sites, etc.).

Requirements:

1. Experience in SAP
2. Focused attitude
3. Able to provide positive and constructive feedback for improvement
4. Ability to work fully independently & plan Scrum activities without supervision
5. Proven work experience as Scrum Master

1. At least has been part of 2-3 different teams as a Scrum Master
2. In a different context than IT: plus
3. For more than one company: big plus

Project details:

1. Start: February
2. Duration: 8 months (+ option to extend)
3. Workload: 5 days per week
4. Location: Berlin (1x Belgium) 50% remote
5. Language: English
