For our client, we are looking for a SuccessFactors Performance & Goals Expert.

Tasks:

1. Customize systems to align with company-specific HR processes.
2. Collaborate with HR teams to understand their workflows, needs, and challenges.
3. Analyze existing processes and propose improvements supported by technology.
4. Identify inefficiencies and design solutions for process optimization.

Requirements:

1. SAP SuccessFactors (Performance & Goals module).
2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
3. Nice to Have: Cornerstone experience.
