Overview
RedHat is looking for a Business Analyst Intern focused on AI tools adoption to join the EMEA Go-To-Market Operations team in Munich, Germany.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary driver for the adoption of AI tools such as Gemini Pro, Cursor, and NotebookLM within the team.
- Lead the AI adoption project by organizing onboarding sessions, identifying skill gaps, and engaging external experts to upskill the team.
- Develop concrete use cases for AI tools, showcasing benefits for personal and team usage.
- Extract and manipulate data to build analyses that support regional business decisions and strategic actions.
- Translate data findings and AI‑driven insights into clear, visualized presentations for team stakeholders.
- Collaborate with a “team‑first” mindset, consolidating AI implementation projects and ensuring tools maximize operational efficiency.
- Network and grow within the broader international team, contributing to a productive workplace.
Qualifications
- Hands‑on experience or deep familiarity with Gemini, NotebookLM, and Cursor.
- High proficiency in data and presentation tools: Excel/Google Sheets, PowerPoint/Google Slides, and Word/Google Docs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong curiosity, proactivity, and independence when learning new technologies and leading projects.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to manage tasks, meet deadlines, and foster data‑driven decisions.
- Experience with SQL is a plus.
- Willingness to work as part of an international team.
