We are looking for a Compliance Administrator to support the Compliance team to ensure all our project sites/operations in Europe are fully compliant with respect to all domestic and international legislation, including but not limited to immigration law, labour law, tax and social security. To succeed in this role, you should be keen to become an experienced compliance professional who is not afraid to speak their mind and stand by their decision. You should have in-depth knowledge and demonstrable experience of risk mitigation and management and be familiar with our industry’s standards. You should be experienced in establishing policies, processes and procedures in an international environment and with workers and documentation presented from all over the world. You are knowledgeable of the rules and regulations (civil, legal, tax and immigration etc.,) that are relevant and required for workers and know how to mitigate them. Your goal will be to ensure Red Bear Tech subcontractors operate in a legal and ethical manner in line with Red Bear Tech objectives. Planning and Organisation

Proven experience in compliance / legal framework set up in a related sector Proven success in risk management and mitigation In depth knowledge with construction industry practices / willing to learn about the construction industry and professional standards Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Track record of integrity and professional ethics Behaviours

Manage and book all site inductions, monitor and check right to work documentation for Red Bear Tech and supply chain; Evaluate business activities and our supply chain to assess compliance risk and support the compliance department’s robust strategy to mitigate risk; Collaborate with Red Bear Tech’s external advisors and internal departments as necessary; Communicate, report and escalation compliance risks to Head of Compliance; Must be able to take full accountability for their role, actions, judgements and decisions.
