Job Description About your tasks:✓ Take ownership of the product approval process for new products and help ensure they meet our marketplace requirements before going live.✓ Work closely with the team to optimize seller performance, using KPIs to understand results and identify opportunities for improvement.✓ Help increase the visibility of our sellers’ products in our online store and learn how assortment and marketplace activities influence e-commerce performance.✓ Support the Marketplace Team in its varied day-to-day business, giving you exposure to different topics and the opportunity to continuously expand your e-commerce knowledge. Qualifications About you:✓ You are currently enrolled at university and will remain a student for at least one more year, with availability to work 16–20 hours per week.✓ You have a genuine interest in e-commerce and digital environments and enjoy working accurately while keeping track of multiple topics.✓ You feel comfortable working with Excel and KPIs and are keen to use data to understand and improve marketplace performance.✓ You are fluent in German and English and enjoy collaborating and communicating with different people. Additional Information About your salary-rate: Your hourly rate will be €14.80–€16.62, depending on your current level of study.
