As our Senior Product Manager – Delivery & Shipping Experience, you’ll shape one of the most business-critical journeys at Redcare by defining how millions of customers experience delivery before, during, and after placing an order. Working at the intersection of Product, Technology, Logistics/Last Mile, UX and Operations, you'll own the complete delivery experience—from delivery promises and checkout options to post-purchase transparency and carrier integrations. Job Description About your tasks: ✓ Own and continuously evolve the end-to-end delivery experience across the customer journey, from pre-purchase delivery information through checkout to post-purchase tracking and transparency. ✓ Shape delivery promises by balancing customer expectations with operational feasibility, carrier performance, country-specific requirements and commercial objectives. ✓ Build and prioritise a high-impact product roadmap, identifying opportunities to reduce delivery friction, improve customer trust and increase operational efficiency. ✓ Collaborate closely with Engineering, UX, Data, ERP, Warehouse Systems, Logistics, Last Mile, Commercial and Customer Service teams to deliver scalable customer-centric solutions. ✓ Translate operational complexity into simple customer experiences, improving shipping options, carrier selection, pick-up point guidance and delivery communication. ✓ Define success through data, establishing KPIs and measurement frameworks including delivery NPS, delivery promise accuracy, checkout conversion, cost per order and delivery-related contact rate. ✓ Identify and eliminate customer friction before it happens, improving delivery guidance and reducing failed deliveries, unnecessary contacts and customer uncertainty. Qualifications About you: ✓ You have strong product ownership experience within e-commerce, logistics, delivery, shipping, checkout or post-purchase customer experiences, with a proven track record of delivering customer-facing digital products. ✓ You can define and communicate a clear product strategy for delivery and shipping, connecting customer needs, country-specific expectations, carrier setups, commercial priorities and cost impact into a value-based roadmap. ✓ You understand how delivery experiences directly influence customer trust, conversion, operational performance and business outcomes, and use data to prioritise the highest-impact opportunities. ✓ You are experienced working with complex technical ecosystems, including carrier integrations, ERP, warehouse systems, order management platforms or logistics technology. ✓ You excel at bringing diverse stakeholders together, balancing customer value, technical complexity, operational constraints and commercial priorities to deliver meaningful product outcomes. Experience in marketplaces, retail, healthcare or other operationally complex digital businesses is highly desirable, while German language skills are a strong advantage.
