- As Senior Manager Accounts Payable, you will own the core finance function at Redcare, ensuring efficient, scalable, and high-quality AP operations.
- You will lead a large team, bring structure to a growing organization, and drive improvements in processes, systems, and ways of working.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead and further develop a large AP organization, fostering a structured and high-performing environment.
- Own end-to-end Accounts Payable operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
- Drive operational excellence by improving processes, automation, and system usage (ERP & related tools).
Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in Accounts Payable, including leadership responsibility in larger or complex setups.
- Strong people leader with the ability to structure teams, develop talent, and drive accountability.
- Hands-on mindset with a strong eye for detail and the ability to dive deep into operations.
