Overview

In this Accounts Payable Specialist role, you ensure accurate and efficient handling of supplier invoices while aligning with purchase orders, goods receipts, and contracts. You’ll collaborate with Procurement and Warehouse to resolve discrepancies and maintain timely payments. You act as a trusted AP contact, uphold supplier data quality, and monitor ledgers to safeguard accuracy and compliance. Verantwortungsbereiche

• Process and verify supplier invoices with PO, GR, and contract matching
• Investigate invoice discrepancies with cross‑functional teams to ensure timely payment
• Serve as primary AP contact for internal/external queries and maintain supplier relationships
• Maintain supplier master data (including bank details) ensuring accuracy and controls
• Reconcile supplier ledger accounts and monitor payment execution
• Support AP closing tasks and ensure compliance with company policies

Zentrale Anforderungen

• Experience in a similar accounting/finance role, ideally AP
• Strong numerical and detail‑orientated approach
• Fluent in English; German skills are a plus
• Completed commercial or financial qualification or equivalent practical experience
