Associate Director, Consolidation and Reporting (m/f/d) in Bonn

Overview

In this leadership role, you will direct financial and ESG reporting for the group while overseeing inventory accounting. You will shape consolidation and reporting processes, partnering with multiple departments to deliver accurate, timely results. You’ll drive IFRS compliance, CSRD/ESRS-aligned non-financial reporting, and the annual consolidated report, influencing strategic guidance for the finance function. This is a hands-on, strategic role in a fast-growing e-pharmacy environment with a strong mission to make health accessible.

Verantwortungsbereiche

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close for the group
• Oversee inventory accounting processes with cross-department collaboration
• Manage non-financial CSRD/ESRS reporting
• Ensure IFRS compliance and support group audits
• Prepare the consolidated annual report for accuracy and standards alignment
• Provide strategic input as senior contact for consolidation, accounting, and reporting
• Coach and develop a team of ~5 accounting professionals

Zentrale Anforderungen

• Extensive experience in financial reporting with international scope
• Strong IFRS knowledge; ESRS/CSRD familiarity a plus
• CPA or Dutch RA certification preferred
• Ability to engage with diverse stakeholders across departments
• English proficiency; Dutch or German is a plus
