Verantwortungsbereiche
- Act as strategic finance partner to CIO and technology leadership, guiding decision-making
- Provide financial guidance to shape IT strategy and enable data-driven decisions
- Co-develop and refine investment prioritization and capital allocation frameworks
- Lead and support development of robust business cases for high-impact initiatives
- Ensure capital is allocated to high value-creating opportunities
- Own technology cost and investment reporting across the function
- Ensure accurate, transparent, and IFRS-compliant financial reporting
- Monitor budgets and investment performance balancing financial discipline with strategic flexibility
Zentrale Anforderungen
- 4–6 years of experience in Controlling, Finance, or similar role
- Strong analytical capabilities with a business-oriented mindset
- Affinity with digital business models and/or experience in eCommerce environments
- Confident communicator able to engage with senior stakeholders across functions
- Proactive, curious, and driven to improve processes and challenge status quo
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment
- Solid understanding of IFRS, particularly CapEx vs. OpEx distinctions
